Very interesting site I congratulate

Honestly this was probably the best podcast I've ever heard. A great story and you guys got out of the way and let Samuels tell it, and then gave your opinions.

Hey I just got turned on to your podcast and have been catching up from Episode one. Today I noticed the most recent podcast is from January??? What gives? Please bring us more podcasts before I run out of episodes to listen to!

What people dont realise is that green homes and buildings are not only worth more (resale value) but are creating more reveneu as well. Higher occupancy rates paired with higher rental premiums equals more money in VC's pockets.
